Holiday Rates:  10% additional charge will apply for the following holidays:  Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and President's week.

Deposits:  50% deposit required to guarantee reservation. $200 refundable security deposit and 50% balance due 21 days prior to arrival required.

Discounts:  10% discount for repeat visitors

Cancellation & Return Policy:  Cancellations must be made within 15 days prior to arrival. Early departures cannot be refunded.

Fees & Taxes:  Taxes included. Pets permitted with prior approval and require $100 security deposit which includes $25 non-refundable cleaning fee.
